Joanna Maxham, from Poland, was TATT's first international client. Her initial efforts to break into the U.S. market were not successful, due to the cost of her bags and lack of differentiation to the competition.

After

TATT helped to strengthen the positioning in the marketplace by developing more distinct shapes, such as the one used for the Cast Away bag.

TATT identified strategic sales and pr partners for Joanna Maxham to work with to further expand the brand.

TATT's connections brought the brand national exposure through the Cast Away bag being featured on HBO's Girls tv show.
