JEWELRY PRODUCTION

Bringing your ideas to life and creating a reliable and transparent supply chain involves the process below:

CAD
CAD Designing: CAD (computer-aided design) describes the use of computer software programs like Rhino to create 2D or 3D models. Our team of talented and experienced designers will help you get started with your ideas by creating 3D computer Aided designs for you. They will help you analyze your designs all the angles and understanding you design technically.
cam
CAM Designing: CAM (computer-aided modeling) is the use of software programs and machinery to create and manufacture a 3D object. The 3D object is made to see the how the final product will look like physically. At this step, the designer can analyze the piece and see if any changes need to be made before it goes into the production.
Casting
Casting: Once, the 3D model is ready, it is then casted into various metals. Casting process and its success depends on the casters and the quality of the metal bring used. Our experienced casters we ensure that the casting is done exactly as per the customers quality standards. We cast a broad range of metals like Silver, Gold, Brass, Copper, Bronze etc. We also work with precious metals along with the metals. We are dedicated to facilitating our customers with all the services and material they need to make the product of their dreams.
Plating
Plating: Plating is a process where the metal is covered onto the surface of the jewelry by using electrochemical techniques. With the help of plating, one can make changes to the metal base, prevent oxidation, cover slight color differences. Our factory has successfully provided plating services to multiple clients. We make sure that plating meets international standards and are of high quality.
Testing
Testing: Once the production is finished we make sure that every piece look meets the client’s expectations. The testing team analyze each and every piece and ensures that there are no defects.
Professional Jewelry Photograph
Professional Jewelry Photograph: We understand the importance of the web-based selling and cataloging. We work with experienced and talented photographers who can facilitate you with high quality photos to showcase your product from all the angles. Please note, that we only provide indoor photoshoot against the white background.

HANDBAG PRODUCTION

Bringing your ideas to life and creating a reliable and transparent supply chain involves the process below:

hand-sketch
Hand Sketch: The design process starts when there is a need for a handbag creation. Should it be a wallet, tassel keychain, or handbag, First, you have to hand-sketch all the designs. This gives a idea that how the Bag will look like. CAD Designing: Then on the rough estimations CAD of the designs are made. Our team of talented and experienced designers will help you get started with your ideas by creating 3D computer Aided designs for you. They will help you analyze your designs from all the angles and understanding you design technically.
Raw-Material-and-Color-Selection
Raw Material and Color Selection: Handbags are lovingly made using the finest leather, silk threads, satin, and suede. The bulk of raw materials are locally sourced. At this process, the right colors for the collection are also finalized with the help of the color cards. Material are checked for scars and dye penetration.  The part of the Material makes the front face of the handbag is Carefully inspected twice. Pattern making: At this step, the production team lay a pattern on the leather and draw an outline. No two leathers are identical, nor no two designs are the same, hence, this procedure has to be done with utmost care imagining the finished shape. Cutting: Once the pattern is drawn on leather, it is then cut into shape slightly larger than the outlines. Finally, the leather is machine cut into exact shape. After cutting, the thickness of different parts Is adjusted by hand to achieve a uniform thickness of the leather. Lining & Sewing: Using the right material for lining is very important. Once, the lining material is finalized, all the parts are sown together by determining the thickness of the thread and gauge of the stiches.
Testing
After completion of this step, the first sample is delivered to the client for the approval. Testing: After the bags are being produced they are tested through for details and patterns and even the small things like zipper and label are checked twice.

FOOTWEAR PRODUCTION

Shoes are divided into many categories ranging from athletic shoes to dressy shoes. Our factory has years of experience working on all the different categories of the shoes. A variety of materials are used for making shoes- leather fabrics, plastic, rubber, fabrics, wood, jute fabrics, and metal. More than 200 operations are required for making a pair of shoes. However, with the development of modern machines, a pair of shoes can be made in very less time as each step in its manufacturing is generally performed by a separate footwear making machine. The process involved in show production are as follows:

footware
Designing: This process involves making of a rough sketch of a design by the designers. This basically a process of giving visual representation to the creative ideas of the designers. CAD Designing: This process involves making of the technical drawing of the design using computer software like Rhino to understand the design from all the angles. Cutting: Cutting mainly consists of two types i.e. leather cutting and sole cutting. Leather cutting is done manually with the help of hands using a specific type of a sharp knife, whereas sole cutting is done by machines. Sticking: Once the cutting is done then comes the sticking. This mainly means sticking the upper part i.e. the leather part of the shoe to the sole of the shoe. This is done using adhesives. Lasting: Further, in the lasting process plastic molds are taken which are in the shape of the foot, and then the upper portion of the shoe and the insole are stuck together using adhesives and then the mold is removed.

Pressing: After lasting, the shoe containing the mould is then subjected to the pressing process wherein the pair of shoes is placed in a machine which presses the shoe i.e. presses the upper part of the shoe to the sole to ensure proper adhesion. Finishing: After the pressing the shoes are allowed to dry for a specific time and after that the moulds are removed and finishing is done. Finishing basically means brushing the shoe, polishing it using waxes, polish and lacre. Testing: Once the the production is done the testing team make sure that the final product is free of any defects and meets the customer expectations fully. Stamping: The shoe is then stamped in the name of the customer or the company name the shumaker is catering. The stamping is mainly done using ink and foil paper. Packaging: In packaging the shoe is graded according to the different sizes, packed in boxes, the boxes are labeled using barcodes and dispatched to the customer.

Hand Sketch: The design process starts when there is a need for a handbag creation. Should it be a wallet, tassel keychain, or handbag, First, you have to hand-sketch all the designs. This gives a idea that how the Bag will look like. Tech Pack: Tech pack is an informative sheet which includes all the specifications of the product that has to be manufactured. This document is prepared by our talented designer and then upon approval given to production department for the reference and guide for bulk manufacturing. Color Story Selection: It is important to choose for your collection which is based on many factors such as seasons. We help you with the color trend analysis in order to make you aware with the latest trends in the market. Along with that, the color card helps in choosing the right color for the collection.

Sampling: It's hard to know exactly how the sketches will translate to physical form until you create the first physical prototype. So, we discuss with our manufacturers about the design of the bag. because manufacturer may have important insight into design construction that may affect the overall outcome of the bag. After deciding everything we make a sample according to the CAD design.
